Forex lets you start with an extremely small amount of money ($250 US) which may be advantageous to you if you're limited in cash. With forex you can trade currencies and maybe a few other things like Gold.

Futures lets you trade a wide range of stuff, including currency futures, index futures, commodities, etc. The start up costs are a lot higher. 

Other than the start up costs I would say they're both about the same.

Trading stock is not much though now a days. The Joint Venture Group offers clients a managed account where their professional traders will trade on the clients behalf. Their suuccess rate is more than 87% and client don't have to do anything other than withdraw there funds

I am not really a fan of stocks as the investment is double as compare to Forex trading while the profit ratio is not close to Forex. Its silly to do such things if they are not profitable but if someone is really good than its understandable but for a newbie its not wise to do that.
